And it wasn’t just about the looks—India made its mark on the blue carpet too! The stunning carpet with golden daffodils was designed by Kerala-based Neytt by Extraweave, who had been working on the eco-friendly design since 2022!

1. THE KING! The one and only Shah Rukh Khan made history as the first Indian male actor to walk the Met Gala carpet keeping it classy in a stylish all-black Sabyasachi ensemble, complete with a signature 'K' pendant! 
2. Yet another unforgettable debut! Mom-to-be, the ever-gorgeous Kiara Advani attended the Met Gala for the first time, winning hearts in this stunning Gaurav Gupta Couture titled ‘Bravehearts!’
3. Phirse dil jeet liya! Everyone’s favourite, Diljit Dosanjh, made a historic Met Gala debut—turning heads in an all-white look created by ace fashion designer Prabal Gurung, proudly repping Punjabi culture on fashion’s biggest stage!
4. An absolute icon! Priyanka Chopra along with her charming husband, Nick Jonas, looked beyond chic and stylish, attending the Gala for the fifth time in a polka-dotted Balmain gown with a Bvlgari Magnus Emerald Necklace! 
5. The ever-glowing Isha Ambani looked beyond elegant in this beautiful Anamika Khanna ensemble along with several pieces of her mother’s exquisite jewelry!
6. Ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee made a powerful fashion statement in a classic white shirt, layering it first with a trench coat and then overcoat that featured a trailing hem!
