Before becoming one of Bollywood’s most sought-after actors, Vicky Kaushal was an engineering student. He earned a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology in Mumbai in 2009.

Kriti Sanon has proved that she can ace both the classroom and the big screen. Before making her Bollywood debut, the actress earned a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Noida.

Taapsee Pannu
Taapsee Pannu took a rather different route to Bollywood, starting out with a degree in Computer Science Engineering. She even worked briefly as a software developer before pursuing modelling and eventually making her mark as an actress.

R. Madhavan
R. Madhavan’s engineering connection goes beyond his iconic role in 3 Idiots. The actor holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajaram College in Kolhapur, making his on-screen portrayal of an engineering student all the more interesting.

Before following his passion for acting, Sushant Singh Rajput was a brilliant engineering student. He secured an impressive AIR 7 in the DCE Entrance Exam and studied Mechanical Engineering at Delhi College of Engineering before leaving during his final year to pursue acting.
