Mumbai, January 2025: The International Indian Film Academy Weekend & Awards unveiled its historic Silver Jubilee edition, set for 8 and 9 March 2025 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The milestone celebration promised a fusion of cinematic artistry and cultural heritage, combining the timeless elegance of the Pink City with the glamour and global reach of Indian cinema.
Silver Is the New Gold
IIFA’s 25th-year theme symbolised a journey from tradition and achievement to brilliance and future aspiration. Since its inception in 2000, IIFA has grown into a transformative global platform taking Indian cinema beyond borders.
The weekend was announced with two major showcases: the debut Sobha Realty IIFA Digital Awards, Co-Presented by NEXA, followed by the NEXA Presents IIFA Awards, Co-Presented by Sobha Realty.
A Celebration in Rajasthan
Jaipur’s forts, palaces, craftsmanship, music, dance and cuisine made Rajasthan a natural home for the landmark edition. The event brought together talent from Indian film and OTT platforms alongside global dignitaries, fans and industry leaders.
