9th March 2025, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Marking a momentous milestone, the International Indian Film Academy Weekend & Awards commemorated its 25th-anniversary edition in the cultural heart of Rajasthan. Set against Jaipur’s rich heritage and regal grandeur, the Silver Jubilee became a magnificent tribute to artistry, innovation and the enduring power of cinematic storytelling.
The NEXA Presents IIFA Awards, Co-Presented by Sobha Realty, brought together the brightest stars, visionary filmmakers and industry leaders from across the globe to honour Indian cinema’s influence on the world stage.
The Grand Finale
Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan hosted the NEXA IIFA Awards 2025, bringing charisma and wit to a night filled with memorable performances.
- Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon set the stage alight.
- Kareena Kapoor Khan paid a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Raj Kapoor.
- Madhuri Dixit delivered a graceful live performance, while Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon presented show-stopping acts.
IIFA Special Honours
Pratibha Ranta received Best Debut Female for Laapataa Ladies, Lakshya Lalwani received Best Debut Male for Kill, and Kunal Khemu was honoured for Best Directorial Debut for Madgaon Express. Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan received the Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema honour.
