Karthi is back as Agent Sardar, and his much-awaited sequel has just turned up the volume! The first single from Sardar 2, Mayil Veera, is now out, blending vibrant folk beats, festive energy and hip-hop sounds. Composed by Sam CS and crooned by Ofro, Vaaheesan Rasaiya and Mukesh, the track pays tribute to Lord Murugan while offering glimpses from the film’s making. Directed by PS Mithran, Sardar 2 promises to take its spy-action story to a bigger scale, with SJ Suryah playing the menacing antagonist. The film hits theatres on September 10, 2026.
