Sidharth Malhotra’s first foray into the action genre, Ek Villain marked the start of his journey as an actor who would be known for his action roles. Malhotra portrayed the role of an angry young man called Guru Randhawa in this movie revealing a side to him that the audiences had never seen before.

A tribute to Captain Vikram Batra, Shershaah touched the hearts of all Indians. Sidharth Malhotra, with his stellar performance, was very convincing as the brave soldier and easily won all our hearts. The film was a beautiful ode to the love and pride that we all feel for our country and the soldiers who work to protect it.
