Fans' Favourite Actor-Director Duo

Bollywood has given us some super-hit actor-director duos whose films we absolutely love to watch. Read on to revisit some of these famous duos and the movies that they have given us.  

Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji
This duo produced three exciting movies that were much loved by the fans. Starting with Wake Up Sid, then going on to Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and finally Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, they have left us in anticipation of what they will do next. 

Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Leela Bhansali This pair has done some excellent work with each other, including grand sets and phenomenal soundtracks. They have come together for three excellent films, which are Bajirao Mastani, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, and Padmaavat. All three of these movies were major hits and added a lot to the Hindi film scene. 

Sanjay Dutt and Rajkumar Hirani The legendary actor-director duo has brought two of the most iconic movies to audiences and given us some rich and entertaining work to look back on. 'Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.' is a fantastic comedy with a powerful message, and 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai' is a fun yet moving tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty  This actor-director duo has had some major success with movies like Singham, Bol Bachchan, and the fan-favourite Golmaal series. They have also collaborated on films such as Simmba and Sooryavanshi, giving us some action-packed moments that we haven’t been able to forget. 

Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar Another iconic pair, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar, have made some super entertaining and universally loved films. Starting with Student of the Year to then doing films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, 2 States, and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, which came out only recently, this pair has done some super exciting work together.
