Before landing her debut in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Bhumi Pednekar worked as an assistant director at Yash Raj Studios for six years. She assisted in films like Chak De! India, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year and Teen Patti, before making her shift to acting.
