Several Indian stars have, at different points in their careers, turned down roles in major Hollywood productions. Whether due to scheduling conflicts, script choices, or other commitments, these decisions have sparked plenty of curiosity among fans.

Deepika had locked in a role in Fast & Furious 7 after a successful audition but stepped away due to clashes with Happy New Year and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. The part was eventually played by Nathalie Emmanuel.

Hrithik Roshan was offered the role of Vincent in The Pink Panther 2, which starred Steve Martin and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. He declined due to scheduling conflicts and limited character depth. The role was later played by Yuki Matsuzaki.
