Hindustan Times
It’s a human story and a thriller of how people in power use you for their vested interests and if need be, fabricate stories to frame you, trap you or even push you to take your life. Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury (who has earlier helmed Pink and Lost, besides Bengali films), Kadak Singh is real, relatable and doesn’t make you feel you’re transported to a fictional world where characters seem made up just to prove a point.
Firstpost
One of the best performances was delivered by Parvathy Thiruvothu who played the role of a nurse who was patient, humane and took good care of Kadak Singh and was always ready to listen to his stories, his confusion and grievances. The film had everything, starting from the leading good cast to a decent story.
India Herald
Kadak Singh is a feel-good picture that keeps as raw and honest as possible while avoiding unnecessary drama. It makes you cry, laugh, and ponder about things in life that we frequently overlook.
Deccan Chronicle
The screenplay stands out as the film's strongest suit, with its non-linear storytelling that seamlessly shifts between past and present. The first half is gripping and energetic, complemented by stellar performances from the cast. The narrative's twists and turns ensure audience engagement throughout.
