It takes a lot of time to make a career in Bollywood but what if we tell you that some people don't just stop there. They take out time for themselves, their hobbies, interests and pursuits and stay actively engaged in them. Hobbies can range from pottery to horse riding and even something such as writing poetry. Alia Bhatt

Playing with her cat Edward and spending downtime doing yoga is mostly what interests this quirky A-list actress. Apart from spending time acting she takes great pleasure in travelling and hanging out with close friends and is often spotted spending quality time with beau Ranbir Kapoor. She has recently also taken an interest in founding and lending financial support to and investing in environmentally conscious labels and brands such as Phool etc.

Sonam Kapoor

If there's anyone who does grand diwali parties and drool worthy Sunday brunches, it has to be the Kapoor familia. Raised in this foodie Punjabi family Sonam has quite a bit of a sweet tooth and loves gorging on deserts every now and then. Her favorites include Pooja Dhingra’s delectables and healthy and delicious sweet treats from the Farmers’ Market Cafe in Bombay. She enjoys cooking and is seen baking brownies and laddoos in her quintessential home. She is a voracious reader too and often shares her ardent love of books on social media.

Akshay Kumar

A trained martial arts performer, Akshay Kumar is one of the few actors in Bollywood who do their own stunts in action movies. Apart from being a regular fitness enthusiast he is a strong believer of good sleep hygiene. He sleeps early, even if that means missing out on grand city events and page 3 parties (no FOMO it seems) and is known to be up before sunrise on most days.

A self professed lover of tech and gadgets, the Baadshah of Bollywood has an unrelenting love for the latest in the world of technology. He even has an entire floor dedicated to video games and tech gadgets in his house.

One of the most young and successful stars of Bollywood who has dished out superhits and played a myriad of characters onscreen such as Vicky Donor, Article 15 and the critically acclaimed Andhadhun this suave personality likes to spend his time writing poetry, playing the guitar, singing and always rooting for his friends. He is usually seen sharing quotes and poetic lines on his Instagram stories. 

Dia Mirza

The multi talented actress who is emulated by every 90s girl for her beauty and style in the romantic hit Rehna Hai Terre Dil Mein till today, pursues several hobbies and interests. Recently in the news for her well organised, thoughtful and zero waste producing wedding and related events, she is someone who loves reading, writing poetry, and horse riding too, but finds herself most at peace while cooking for her loved ones. Her cooking style evokes notes of Hyderabadi cuisine and aamchi Mumbai! She is a self admitted fan of everything sweet and gorges on all kinds of deserts - be it Indian or modern.
