Don
Played by several actors after him, Big B is and always will be known as the original Don. Playing the double role of the elusive criminal Don and his lookalike Vijay, Bachchan created a character for the ages, giving fans quotable dialogues that are popular even today.
Piku
In a major shift from his roles as a young man, Bachchan is seen as a constipated, cranky, but really endearing old man in the film Piku, directed by Shoojit Sircar. He becomes the heart of this family drama, giving us a performance that cannot really be put into words but can simply be enjoyed.
