The Workshop
BAFTA, the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) and Screen Yorkshire are proud to announce the BAFTA In The Regions event focusing on the work of the legendary Indian filmmaker Satyajit Ray. 

The BAFTA/IIFA/Screen Yorkshire Film Workshop gives practitioners and amateurs alike an opportunity to interact with icons of the film industry and come together to discuss international cinema. The IIFA Workshop is an open forum for film students, professionals and industry stalwarts to come together and discuss international cinema. At a time when cinema is breaking through boundaries of territory and language and coming together across cultures and continents, the IIFA Workshop endeavours to relive the magic of one of Indian Cinema’s greatest personalities Satyajit Ray. The event is chaired by actress Jaya Bachchan along with panelists Rituparno Ghosh, Deepa Mehta and Cary Sawhney.
